IT Setup Instructions
To access the Vertex Platform, the following URLs must be whitelisted in any firewalls, web proxies, or
web filtering configurations.
Vertex email domain
All client emails from Vertex will come from the @vertex3d.com domain. Please add it to any
SPF configurations or corporate spam filters to ensure your end users receive notifications
from Vertex.
Firewall rules
The Vertex Platform primarily uses https via port 443 and secure web sockets for
communication. The following domains are required to be allowed for Vertex and our
supporting third-party products to function properly.

Web Proxy-SSL Inspection
The Vertex platform performs streaming over HTTPS via port 443 for communication. If SSL inspection
by a web proxy or other security tool is being performed, the following domains are required to be
excluded from SSL inspection.
