If your organization's Administrator allows, you can download files from My Workspace or Team Workspaces.
- From the File Manager, right-click a file, and select Download.
If you don't see the Download option, it means this is restricted by your administrator. - Follow the prompts on your device to complete the download.
- If you have a file open, return to the File Manager.
- Next to the file that you want to delete, tap More
, and tap Download. - Follow the prompts on your device to complete the download.
The downloaded model file is the same file you originally uploaded, in its original format. It does not include content that you added after you initially imported the file, such as snapshots, markup, or comments.
Notes:
- You can download model files and unsupported files (for example, .jpg, .pdf) that are in My Workspace or Team Workspaces.
- You cannot download any content that’s located in Shared with Me, but you can download unsupported files such as a .jpg or .pdf.
- You cannot download Vertex Stories. However, you can export model geometry from a story, if allowed by the story creator.
