People outside of your organization who have access to a shared story are called Guest Users. You can filter on all Guest Users to see how many files are shared with each user, the names of the shared files, and who shared the files.
- Sign in to Vertex as an administrator.
- In the upper-right corner, click your initials and choose Settings.
The Users → Organization Users page appears. - Click the Guest Users tab. A list appears of everyone outside of your organization who has access to shared stories.
- To see the names of the shared stories and who shared the stories, click anywhere in the row of the user you want to review. The Files shared with dialog is displayed.
- To restrict access to a story, unshare the story with a specific user. Depending on what type of sharing is allowed in your organization, you may have to contact the person who shared the story to do this for you.
