Shortcuts

To display the Shortcuts menu in the Model or Story View, hit the ? key.

Camera basics

Action	Shortcut
Rotate	Alt + drag (Mac: Option + drag)
Pan	Right-click + drag Control + drag (Mac: Command + drag)
Zoom	Shift + drag Scroll wheel
Fit All	F
Fit Selected	Shift + F
Set Look At point	Alt + Shift + click (Mac: Option + Shift + click)
Set Look At point and zoom	Alt + click (Mac: Option + click)
Rotate about a single axis	Horizontal axis: Alt + Shift + Up/Down arrows (Mac: Option + Shift + Up/Down arrows) Vertical axis: Alt + Shift + Left/Right arrows (Mac: Option + Shift + Left/Right arrows) Perpendicular axis: Alt + Shift + Drag Mouse (Mac: Option + Shift + drag)

Part selection

Unless otherwise specified, these shortcuts work in both the 3D viewing area and the BOM.

Note: You must select an item in the tree for the shortcuts to work.

Scroll page-by-page	Page Up or Page Down
Jump to the top of the BOM	Home or Scroll to Top
Jump to the bottom of the BOM	End

Markup and Measurement actions

Action	Shortcut
Draw a circle	Choose Ellipse  and then use Shift + drag
Delete an active markup or measurement (before saving them)	Delete
Cancel measuring after picking the first measurement point	Esc

Walk mode

Walk mode constraints your movements so that it seems as though you’re walking through your model. NOTE: To enter Walk Mode in either the 3D Viewer or Story: Press Alt+Shift+Enter on Windows  and  Option+Shift+Return on a Mac
