As an administrator, you can control the list of users that are displayed when someone starts typing a name for @mentions or when adding someone to a story or workspace. Emails appear in autocomplete, so these options are useful when you want to limit this type of exposure. This setting applies to everyone in your organization (except for Administrators), so if you choose to limit autocomplete, consider mentioning this to your team.
- Sign in to Vertex as an administrator.
- In the upper-right corner, click your initials, and choose Settings.
- From the sidebar, click Settings.
Tip: Your organization’s name is listed at the top of the sidebar.
- On the Sharing tab, under Show List of Users, choose if you want to limit showing the autocomplete list of users.
- Show all users in your organization - All users in your organization appear in the autocomplete list. There are no restrictions.
- Show only members of a Team Workspace - Autocomplete only lists the members in a Team Workspace. It's not enabled for personal workspaces.
