If you would like to report a bug, suggest a feature enhancement, or just chat with a Vertex Customer Assistant, you can use the Contact Support option under the Help Center icon in the upper right corner of your home workspace.
This will bring you to a Vertex Customer Portal page where you can select File a Support Ticket in the upper right corner to file a ticket.
Just fill out the form, attach any supporting files, hit Submit and a Vertex Customer Assistant will get in touch with you.
You can also use the Vertex Customer Portal page to view your existing tickets, or other tickets that have been logged by anyone else within your company. They will all be listed under the Tickets option in the upper right corner.
